Whimsical Weddings

Hawthbush Farm is a magical venue for a wedding. You can take the whole farm over for the weekend and put together a truly unique and memorable event. To keep things special we will only do four weddings a year.

Whilst we are not licenced for the ceremony itself, we can recommend a number of local churches and civil venues which are only a short hop away.

The farm has lots of lovely accommodation and can keep up to 28 adults and 16 Kids in style and comfort in our cottages, safari tents and shepherds huts. Up to 30 extra camping guests can be tucked up in our wildflower campsite.

The wonky barn is a spit and sawdust wood clad farm barn with wooden stage where your friends can dance to your band or DJ till midnight. The barn has a full catering kitchen as well as a 1950's army mess tent with sofas which makes for an Chill Out room. We provide a firepit, seating and firewood for guests which you can light as the sun goes down. We provide simple elegent lighting and decoration for the barn as well as tables and chairs for 120 guests.

There are lots of lovely local caterers we can recommend, but its your wedding and you can choose whomever you want to cater. And similarly, we can provide a paybar at reasonable prices, but if you want you can arrange your own drink without corkage charges.

On the morning after the wedding you are invited use the wonky barn to cook and serve breakfast to your guests.

Price Guide

Accommodation - all the farm accommodation for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night (equivalent of 14 bedrooms, some of which are family bedrooms. So 28 adults and 16 Kids) is around £3,200 (about £30 pp/pn, prices subject to change so check for current prices.). The wedding party will need to underwrite this as we reserve all accommodation for the wedding, but you can arrange for friends to book and pay for individual properties directly with us.

Wedding package -Wonky barn, tables, chairs, lighting, catering kitchen, toilets, dancing barn, sound system, backup generator, fire and logs, 21ft army mess tent, barn for breakfast is £4,900. We can recommend suppliers for extra marquees, photography, flowers as well as wedding and non-wedding caterers if you wish.
